Project Introduction 
In today's fast-paced society, HorizonIndustrial Manufacturing has been dealing with skyrocketing electricity costs, inconsistent energy supplies and lack of power capacity. Now they are dealing with these difficulties with a new PV containerized energy storage solution that we have developed in-house. This project enables energy self-sufficiency, reduces operating costs and promotes a sustainable development journey.
Project Background
The Horizon manufacturing plant has long suffered alone from high electricity bills, instability in the power supply system and inadequate energy supply. These problems have seriously disrupted the plant's daily operations and hindered its long-term growth. There was an urgent need for a reliable and cost-effective energy alternative that would provide stability and sustainability.
Technical Solution
Our solution uses an intelligent containerized energy storage system equipped with integrated foldable photovoltaic panels. During use, the container is opened on one side, and the photovoltaic panels are pulled out of it and unfolded, thus creating an efficient solar power system. It can also be opened from both sides to unfold the PV panels together, doubling the effect! When not in use, the PV panels are neatly retracted back into the container and the container is closed to protect the equipment. This design cleverly solves the problem of space constraints while ensuring easy maintenance and storage.
Implementation Process
It took the project team only 3 months to complete the entire process from taking over the project to completing it and commissioning it. The challenges they overcame:

- Professional engineering team to quickly solve the technical problems encountered.
- Implementing safe and efficient protection and construction strategies to ensure normal operation under extreme weather and unpredictable environmental conditions.

- Annual power generation: 900,000KWh
- Reduction of high electricity costs: 30%.

After seeing the benefits, the plant management stated that the power supply was very stable and the improvements were much more effective, eliminating the problem of insufficient energy supply and production interruptions due to energy scarcity.
